The evaluation will begin with the exterior of the home where ways to improve curb appeal will be suggested. In a room-by-room tour of the interior, furniture will be repositioned to show space and function and to guide the buyer’s eye to the homes positive aspects and away from any negative features in each room. A detailed Plan of Action/To Do List is included in the consultation.
After the Initial Consultation and your completion of the To-Do List, we will return to finalize the transformation. We can work independently or with you as we “shop in your home” for items to repurpose. Additional items may be purchased to update the style of existing furnishings, achieving a designer style at an affordable price.
We can work along-side you or independently making further improvements so that your home is ready to list and bring top dollar. This service is not limited to, but includes the following:
A basic consult will result in suggestions to take the edge off that empty, abandoned feeling and create eye-pleasing distractions. A few strategically placed accessories may be enough to add emotional warmth. If additional décor is needed we can coordinate rental furniture and accessories.
We will arrive several hours before your home is scheduled to be shown and apply the finishing touches. This might include making the beds, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, mopping the floors, tucking personal items away, etc. We can even take your pets out of the home during the showing.

Downsizing Services include sorting and decision making, deliving donated items, shredding personal and business paper, packing items, cleaning and more. Garage/Estate Sale Services include working with you, (or independently), to prepare the home for the sale. All items will be categorized and priced and the sale will be advertised for two weeks before sale date. The sale will be staffed with clerks at a $10/hour rate. Senior Relocation Services include floor planning, sorting and packing, mover arrangements, transferring services such as phone and cable, and complete resettling on moving day, (beds made, pictures hung, boxes removed).
